We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is a commission-based position, where you will receive a percentage for every client you bring to the company.
Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and target potential clients in various industries and sectors.

Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.

Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.

Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services and demonstrating how they can address their specific needs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to create customized solutions for clients.

Track and report on sales activities and performance, using report tools and other systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a consulting or marketing environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain a robust network of contacts.

Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales management systems.

Knowledge of the market and key industry sectors is a plus.

Fluent in English.
